Join the Fargo Air Museum for an unprecedented tour of the North Dakota Air National Guard static display airpark!
With gracious help from the 119th Public Affairs Office, historian staff from the Fargo Air Museum will take guests around all of the old planes and talk about their specific roles and stories about the airframes going back to 1947 through 2006.
Afterwards, the Fargo Air Museum will host a "Happy Hooligan History Night" at 3:00 PM where the individual histories of the aircraft on display will be discussed in great detail. All are welcome to attend. For any local aviation enthusiast, you will NOT want to miss this. A donation of $10 is requested for the History Night portion of the event.
There are some rules, however. Since the Fargo Air Museum is being granted access to an active military installation, the guest list is limited to the FIRST 30 INDIVIDUALS WHO SIGN UP.
TO SIGN UP, YOU MUST:
- Call the Fargo Air Museum before Monday, August 5th.
- Provide your full legal FIRST and LAST name and BIRTHDAY.
IF APPROVED:
- You must bring a VALID FORM OF ID. A non-REAL ID Drivers License does not count. You will need to bring either a REAL ID, Passport, Social Security Card, Veteran's Health Card, or any other approved form of ID to gain access to the installation.
- Military ID / Common Access Card (CAC) holders can plan to meet the rest of the group on-base at 1300.
IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE:
- The Fargo Air Museum will contact you before the tour on August 9th.
- You are welcome to attend the "Hooligan History Night" beginning at 3pm.
We hope you are able to join us for this special event. Thank you to the 119th Public Affairs Office for making this possible.
